175: Realm Royale, Cyberpunk 2077 and The Best of E3 Part 2

June 18, 2018

This week we jump into the new game from Hi-Rez Studios, Realm Royale. This is their take on the Battle Royale genre complete with abilities, forges, mounts and more. It’s an interesting take on the genre and pretty solid for an alpha! We also play Hollow Knight now that it’s on the Switch. It’s a very charming game although very challenging.

In our news, we have a lot of details on Cyberpunk 2077 thanks to a 60 minute behind closed doors demo that press got to see. We also dive deep into the future of Xbox and the complaints people have with HitRecord and Beyond Good and Evil’s collaboration.

Finally, in our discussion we close out with our best and worst from the PC Gaming Show and Nintendo. We also share Austin and Brett’s Top 5 Most Anticipated Games from E3 2018. We didn’t go to E3 this year, but we do have some things to share about what could be done better next time. We also reveal our winner of the 2018 E3 Giveaway contest!

Check out all of our E3 coverage including wrap up’s for each press conference over at our YouTube Channel.

  1. IMO its not pre order worthy because nothing is worthy of a pre order, developers should earn your money…in any case it is shaping up to be a game worth of a purchase shortly after release..because its cdprojekt…and they actually give a damn about the gamer!
