We have a HUGE episode in store today and it’s well worth the listen. Opening up our games segment is our reviews on Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and Puyo Puyo Tetris. Mario Kart 8 delivers ultimate multiplayer for the Nintendo Switch as does Puyo Puyo and they’re worth listening to our reviews. We also review a lesser known game called Eon Alter where you use your phone to control the game.
In our news segment, Prey is coming out next week plus we announce the free games for May. For news, we have the announcement of Call of Duty: WWII and the Nintendo New 2DS XL. Bethesda also teases some new games for E3 and Burnout creators are working on a new game.
Finally, our last segment features a very special interview with the Creative Director of Giant Sparrow, Ian Dallas. Ian and his team created the popular game we reviewed last week “What Remains of Edith Finch.” In this interview we delve deep into the story of the game, how the short story idea came to be, early influences for the game and much more about Ian and his design philosophies in general. It’s a very wide spread interview that covers a lot of great content.

Correction on Eon Altar, Brett. It’s not PC only. I play it on my Mac.
Good point, I’m so used to games only being on PC I forget to specify Mac vs PC. Thanks for the correction!
